These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, APIs and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Doolhof Labs, a unit of MS Holdings ("Doolhof Labs", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

Doolhof Labs provides software products including Voqa (voice synthesis API), and related tools. Services are provided on a subscription and/or prepaid-credit basis as described on the relevant product page and at checkout. Features, voices, limits and availability may change as the Services evolve.

2. Accounts & API keys

Some Services issue an API key on purchase. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential and for all activity under it. Keys are shown once for security; if you lose a key you may generate a replacement, which invalidates the old one. You must provide accurate account information (including a valid email).

3. Acceptable use

• You will not use the Services to create, distribute or facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content.
• You will not clone or synthesize a person's voice without their consent, impersonate others, or generate deceptive audio.
• You will not resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent usage limits, security, or billing.
• You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your use and content.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown at checkout in Indian Rupees (INR) for customers in India and US Dollars (USD) for customers elsewhere, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details. Subscriptions grant a monthly allotment of usage credits; prepaid top-ups add credits that do not expire while your account is active.

5. Refunds & cancellation

Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Delivery

The Services are delivered digitally and instantly on successful payment, as described in our Delivery Policy. There is no physical shipment.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, software and content provided by Doolhof Labs are owned by Doolhof Labs and its licensors. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the output audio you generate for your lawful use. We retain all rights not expressly granted.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doolhof Labs' total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. You may stop using the Services at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the effect on active subscriptions.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
