Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Doolhof Labs, a unit of MS Holdings, collects, uses and protects your information when you use our websites and Services.
1. Information we collect
- Account & contact data — your email address, provided at signup or checkout.
- Payment data — processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction metadata (amount, plan, payment ID). We do not collect or store your full card, UPI, or bank details.
- Usage data — API requests, characters synthesized, and quota, to operate billing and prevent abuse.
- Technical data — IP address, browser/user-agent and approximate country (used to display the correct currency), and standard server logs.
- Content you submit — text you send for synthesis and any reference clips you upload for voice cloning, processed to provide the Service.
2. How we use it
- To provide, operate and improve the Services and deliver your purchase.
- To process payments and issue/track API keys and credits.
- To communicate with you about your account, receipts and support.
- To detect, prevent and address abuse, fraud, or security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate: Razorpay (payments), our hosting and infrastructure providers, and analytics/email tooling as needed. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information where required by law.
4. Retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Submitted text and reference clips are retained only as needed to deliver the Service and may be deleted on request.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. API keys are stored only as irreversible hashes — we cannot see your key after it is issued. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may close your account, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
7. Cookies
Our sites use only essential cookies/technologies needed to operate checkout and sessions. We do not use them for cross-site advertising.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
10. Contact
