Delivery Policy

All products sold by Doolhof Labs, a unit of MS Holdings, are digital services. There is no physical product and no physical shipping or courier is involved.

1. How delivery works

• On successful payment, your purchase is delivered instantly and electronically.
• For API products such as Voqa, you are taken to your account page immediately after payment, where your API key and plan details are displayed, and your credits are activated at once.
• Access continues online through your account and the product API for the duration of your plan.

2. Delivery timeline

Delivery is immediate — typically within seconds of payment confirmation. There are no shipping charges.

3. If you don't receive access

If your payment succeeded but you did not receive access or your account was not credited, please email hello@doolhof.tech with your payment ID. We will resolve it promptly, usually within 1 business day.
